Camping Oregon Style
The sound of ocean waves at Cape Lookout, the setting sun illuminating the Wallowas, a twilight bike ride at Silver Falls and s’mores beneath a starlit sky at Stub Stewart - this is why I love camping in Oregon. Nothing gets you closer to nature and the communities who call these amazing places home.
I believe that camping is for everyone. You don’t have to own a ton of expensive gear. You don’t need to go miles into the wilderness. You don’t even have to know exactly what you’re doing. Camping is about the experience of letting go of life as usual to appreciate - if not fully embrace - the natural world around us. You are going to love it.
